Thank you for your response. I truly appreciate your time and effort, but I must strongly object to the decision to close this case without a resolution. I am therefore requesting that the dispute be reopened and reviewed again under Alibaba’s Trade Assurance policy.
The product I received is defective and not fit for purpose. I have now tested the machine three times with the correct ingredients and following the instructions provided by the seller and their engineer. The machine leaks dough through the screw holes, caused by a pressure issue inside the white plastic component of the dough holder. This is not a user error – this is clearly a manufacturing fault.
As a result, I have suffered the following losses:
• I have wasted over 30 kg of meat and ingredients purchased for testing.
• I have spent time and resources following troubleshooting steps from the supplier.
• I am now left with a machine I cannot use, despite paying in full.

Response from supplier:
Hello, we are very sorry that the product has a leakage problem, which affects your experience. After verification, the problem lies in the hopper compartment.
We have sent you new parts in time and replaced them. We are glad to know that the problem has been solved. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.
We have reported this problem to the production department and will strictly investigate to prevent recurrence. Thank you for your valuable feedback, which motivates us to keep improving!
